Course Description:
What is a conscious leader? Where did the concept originate? How is it different from other forms of leadership?
Course content:
This workshop will explore the idea of “Conscious Leadership” and how it might; look, sound and feel like within a school context. Links to other contexts will also be made to exemplify the concept and its origins. Exploration of what it requires a leader to ‘know, do and be’ in order to become a conscious leader will also be facilitated.
